My ground rent doubles to £3,000 in a couple of years for no good or service. Banks won’t lend on our building and this is one reason why. Something must be done urgently as we can’t sell and move on with our lives.

Let us take stock on what happened on Weds. A Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill will do what the last govt didn’t have the guts for: end leasehold via widespread commonhold. Freeholder lobby quaking in their boots. Leaseholders will get louder, more organised & creative!
