Medicare for All isn't radical. What's radical is that we are the only major country not to guarantee health care as a human right. Every other major country figured out years ago how to provide health care to all at a much lower cost. Please don't tell me we can't do the same.

The institutions that sustain a democracy are being picked off one by one. If there was ever a time to work together on a strategic defense, this would be it.

Great new report on integrating privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) into #datagovernance, public agencies can enhance security, maintain public trust, and comply with evolving #privacy regulations. Kudoes: Open Tech Institute’s Sydney Saubestre: newamerica.org/oti/reports/ho…

Wow if even close to true. But this is what Republicans in Congress fanatically support (except for 4 senators, perhaps - or not for Canada at least).

"My view on Wi-Fi spectrum versus mobile network spectrum is that both networks provide an equally important role. We need both to provide us extremely efficient, high bandwidth connectivity. Right now, the US has a real imbalance between unlicensed and licensed spectrum in

Trump is doing exactly as he promised MAGA. Really sorry if he lied to you privately for your $$$ -- what did you expect (not that naive I hope!).

Irrelevant. Trump is doing exactly what he promised MAGA voters. If he lied to you privately - for your $$$ - you were a fool to believe him.

U.S. #GoldenDome would likely rely on the 3.1-3.45GHz band, and to upgrade missile defense while accommodating commercial users, a #SharedSpectrum approach is essential. Read more from Dean Bubley in Defense Opinion: defenseopinion.com/spectrum-reall…

To build a successful #GoldenDome, investment in #spectrum sharing technologies is essential to balance the needs of the commercial, federal, and defense sectors. Important observations by Gen. Thomas Trask for Breaking Defense 🔗 breakingdefense.com/2025/05/todays…

Via Defense Opinion: For President Trump’s Golden Dome missile defense system to succeed, federal leaders can’t rush ahead with exclusive licensing – spectrum sharing is the answer. defenseopinion.com/spectrum-reall…

NEWS: Leader John Thune told me he expects a Thursday final vote on CRA resolution to undo the FCC's July 2024 order allowing schools and libraries to use E-rate support for off-premises Wi-Fi hot spots and wireless internet services (S.J.Res. 7) -- communicationsdaily.com/article/2025/0…

Agree if done the right way: A balanced policy that expands spectrum for Wi-Fi 7, licensed for Big Mobile, and shared local access spectrum like #CBRS for enterprise IoT, small ISPs & everyone - that benefits consumers & US economy most! Brendan Carr Open Tech Institute Spectrum for the Future

The Senate voted to end Wi-Fi hotspot lending through E-rate, but the fight isn't over! The House can still stop this and protect broadband access for schools, libraries & communities. Read the full response & what’s next: shlb.org/blogs/shlb-ala…
