Here’s two questions we can ask ourselves before we say 'yes' to one more thing:

- How will this “yes” feel two weeks, two months or six months from now?
- Is this 'yes' connected to people-pleasing in any way?
When we can plan for what’s realistic, we won’t end up overextended.
