I remember #DobieWilliams executed by the state of Louisiana on Jan 8, 1999. He was represented at trial by an incompetent (later disbarred) attorney and was found guilty by an all-white jury. He was executed despite suffering from intellectual disability (IQ of 65).

I remember #JosephWood executed by the state of Arizona on July 23, 2014. It took 15 doses of drugs and almost 2 hours to kill him. Witnesses reported that he gasped and snorted more than 600 times! There is no humane way to execute someone.
