You can be in the right place at the right time, but if you’re in the wrong frame of mind or have the wrong attitude, it's almost certain you’ll miss your opportunity. Don’t let them slip away by holding on to negative thoughts or behaviors. Keep an open mind & pave your own way!

I want to wish all who celebrate a happy and blessed Easter. With everything going on in the world right now, it’s a chance to hug our loved ones tight and give thanks for new beginnings and the blessings we all enjoy.

Next season doesn’t care if you were champions this year or not. What matters is that next year’s champions are being made right now. They’re winning during skill development, in the weight room/conditioning, with nutrition, at team workouts & in the classroom one day at a time!

Everyone has the energy to play in games, but bring that same focus, energy & drive to your workouts & practices. Coaches don’t want to drag a pouty or lazy player through workout/practice, they want to push & encourage a positive & energetic player who only wants to get better!

We are exactly where we need to be in our lives today. You gotta have faith that it all happens for a reason. Timing is everything, but I hope you are putting in the unseen hours, if you have, then you’ll be ready. The secret of success is to be ready when your opportunity comes!
