Hey universities cutting departments to save a few pounds - how about capping all senior salaries at £150k, including VCs and save a few of those people you say you’re so sorry to make redundant? The one budget that’s never cut is senior pay, despite management being at fault.

These figures are an indictment of our education system.

University is not accessible to everyone when there is the possibility of incurring over £200,000 of debt.

The only solution is to create a higher education system which is fully funded and free at the point of use.
