Q1. fav strategy: Use students' L1 as an asset. Identify cognates, find resources in their L1. Give MLs opportunities to use their experiences and abilities. Use the CAN DO descriptors when planning! #together4ELs

Q2. WIDA workshops. They are engaging and they promote students language development opportunities from different perspectives. WIDA is NOT only for ESL teachers. It offers workshops for all stakeholders. #together4ELs
