Shocked, saddened & deeply disappointed at these revelations. We know that sadly there are poor cultures within the NHS that have treated bereaved families like this... but for people at the top of government to behave in this way is deeply concerning.

This is such an important, devastating insight into how all bereaved families that go up against the state are treated. There are very very few who don’t have this happen. What is unusual here is that the messages are now in the open

The tactic of dividing families and picking them off and isolating them is a key MO.

You know something is wrong… you put it in writing that you agree that deaths are suspicious.. but you still plot to destroy the family.. is very much the vibe of how we do state cover up in this country
