Failing to hold Dominic Cummings & Boris Johnson to account: what I learned. You have to act now. After the event is after the event. You’ll be told to ‘move on’, to ‘get over it’ to ‘look forward’. This is already happening now. While people are dying.

Let this sink in - The BBC has spent longer covering the stupid story of Farage losing his elite bank account than they have the Covid inquiry and how this shit show of a government dealt with the biggest health crisis of the past century. #bbcnews

Paul Brand From Wikipedia: "In March '19, Braverman (said) "we are engaged in a battle against Cultural Marxism". Dawn Foster challenged (her) use of the term... highlighting its anti-Semitic history... (it) was initially condemned as hate speech by...the Board of Deputies of British Jews."

Talked to a friend who went on the protest on Saturday. She's worried about Braverman's words today. I assured her that the right to protest is protected under Art. 11 ECHR and that the Human Rights Act gives effect to that domestically. The right to protest is still here.

The UK Covid-19 Inquiry is a very powerful example of how “duty of candour” and “freedom to speak up” don’t work in public life. Witness after witness details how incompetent they thought the UK response was at the time, and yet nobody spoke publicly about it at the time. Why not?

If it’s true that the government has been forced into a u-turn over ticket office closures then this is a huge win for commuters. Our thanks must go to the railway unions who waged a relentless campaign on this issue RMT TSSA ASLEF bbc.co.uk/news/business-…

Bankers can earn unlimited bonuses again from today, following a change to rules brought in following the financial crisis. Do you think this is acceptable or unacceptable?

We can parse and debate here the vile Tory gang who plundered the tragedy of Covid as a business opportunity but we MUST demand justice. Accountability. Resignations. Arrests. Prison. These spivs thought they were untouchable. They must be shown to be 100% - TOUCHABLE.

Loving how mainstream journalists are feigning shock at the Boris Johnson Covid revelations now… …when it was all utterly obvious at the time - but they were busily sucking up to power and repeating No10 soundbites vapidly with fawning credulity.
