The World Health Organisation says that depression is the leading cause of disability and the second biggest killer in the world, but this guy wants to make it seem like people who are experiencing depression just want some days off work. Terrible.

sunak claims that 'people are not three times sicker than they were a decade ago'. but why not? why wouldn't many more people be more ill or disabled following a decade of worsening living conditions, lower wages, and austerity?
