On 07/22/2024, Lodi PD officers responded to 208 E. Locust Street (Hale Park) regarding a carjacking. The victim reported that an unknown male attacked him and stole his car. Yesterday, Officer Thornburg located the victim’s vehicle and attempted to stop it, but the vehicle fled.
