But how do I find out total amount currently in my pension to make decisions?

What r we doing about this now?

I don’t mean my baby cried so maybe it’s reflux, I mean I can hear milk coming up, she’s gagging on it and can’t sleep on her back for more than 30mins.

This is torture for both of us, she is handling it better than me.

Whilst I used to complain about the backlog of issues & paper waste - I really miss flicking through the The BMJ for a general feel of what’s happening in medicine
& ADC Ed and Prac from ADC (my fav)

Online I just don’t do that regular check in.

How much nasal saline can baby have before too much? Baby blocked nose for 2 weeks & having lots. 2/12 old

Have never been asked this before or thought about it. At what point wld a baby be at risk of salt poisoning?

Annual #Grinch reminder that telling your kids all their presents r from Santa means kids w less resource/fewer presents may wonder what they did wrong etc

Acknowledge expensive gifts r from parents/family & Santa can give small things
