Thank you ProPublica for talking about this very important safety issue. Underride protection is simple but critical. It prevents severe/fatal injuries in what should be otherwise minor collisions.

Very quickly, only regulation left to hold corporations accountable is lawsuits. Don’t let anyone convince you we need tort reform- it’s just more efforts by corporations to be able to act and injure with impunity.
