Pray for our partners in Kimberley - the water supply is again not working in many areas, so taps are dry - and at the same time, there was heavy rain and flooding over the weekend. Pray especially for people who are vulnerable and for those working to remedy the situation.

This morning I took time to join The Trussell Trust in presenting their Essentials Guarantee to the leaders of the main Westminster parties. Nobody should be forced to live on an income insufficient to provide for life’s essentials.

Another year into Russia’s unprovoked and illegal invasion, Reading continues to stand with Ukraine.

I was proud to join the march and rally for Ukraine, thank you to the organisers for their hard work.

Today we pray for the safety of MPs and government politicians. God our protector, we pray that politicians are safe and comfortable at work and at home. God, grant them peace when they are scared.
