Badger class had a fantastic day at Cannon Hall Museum, Park & Gardens experiencing life as Victorian servants! They made lavender bags, churned butter, did the laundry with a dolly and mangle, toured the house, and even prepared and enjoyed their own lunch!

The children had an amazing day with Dave . They competed in a Super champs competition this morning and took part in a Box2BFit session this afternoon. It was our Y2’s final session with Dave whose mantra is, ‘practice makes you better. ‘Leger Education Trust

The nursery children have enjoyed their topic on growing and life cycles this term, giving our butterflies a wonderful send off! They have been nurturing the plants in their garden area and they have loved seeing them grow in recent weeks. Leger Education Trust

The Y2 children visited Alexander House to meet with their friends from the Askarne Day Centre for one last time before they leave Littlemoor. The Day Centre staff, clients and the Doncaster Mayor, Ros Jones, wished Mrs Turner well in her forthcoming retirement. Leger Education Trust

Our Y2 children had their first transition day at Spa Academy Askern and were so excited! Their confidence was great to see and we know that they are going to enjoy the next two days there, learning about life in the junior school. Leger Education Trust

Today we said goodbye to Carol Ann Turner, the Head Teacher of Littlemoor & Moss Road. She has been part of the Askern community since 1998 and will be missed by everyone. Leger Education Trust

Beth Wigglesworth, a teaching assistant at Littlemoor for the past ten years, also retired today. She is looking forward to travelling and to spending more time with her family. She will be greatly missed. Leger Education Trust

Today we said farewell to our amazing Year 2 children. We wish them every success in the next phase of their learning. They enjoyed a wonderful party yesterday with plenty of party games, dancing and hotdogs! Leger Education Trust
