They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning

We will remember them.

My heart goes out to the family and community in WA that has lost a son so young.

It’s shocking, heartbreaking and demands deep reflection.

Productive meeting today with Chief Minister Eva Lawler & Commissioner Michael Murphy in Alice Springs.

The curfew has been an important circuit-breaker with positive impact.

I’m working with communities & the NT Govt on long term solutions in jobs, education & housing.

Thanks for having a yarn, Roseranna! She's the Chair of Ikuntji Artists at Ikuntji/Haasts Bluff.

They're a not-for-profit Aboriginal art centre creating jobs in Central Australia.

Producing some beautiful art too, exporting culture and creativity across the world.

A big day in Ikuntji as Ngurratjuta, the NT Govt and the Albanese Govt signed a local decision making agreement that puts community in the driver's seat.

It means locals will be taking on more responsibility, and making sure investments and services deliver on the ground.

We’re training the next generation of construction workers.

Last year 24,000 students took-up construction with our Fee-Free TAFE places.

And with more places available this year, it will mean more tradies to build more homes for Australian families.

Racism is something that so many First Nations people grow up with.

Enough is enough. It’s time for all Australians to call it out.

All my love & strength to Eddie and his beautiful family.

I welcome the announcement by the NT Government of a temporary curfew in Alice Springs.

I hope this is a circuit breaker that will improve community safety.

I will continue to work with the NTG, the local community & leadership for a better, safer future for Central Australia.

After a busy week in Canberra it was great to be back in our area this afternoon as Lance McCallum MP and I toured the construction works underway at the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health in Goodna. Thanks to Linda Burney MP for delivering on an election commitment

Creating jobs. Getting wages moving. Cutting taxes.

Our economic plan is all about taking pressure off Australians doing it tough.

We know there's more to do, and that's why we're working for Australia every day.

After a midnight landing into Darwin with ADF, over 100 Borroloola residents are safe away from floods. More planes due in Borroloola today depending on weather & water levels. Food is available. We are onto Telstra about mobile phone services. Please stay safe

Dr Lowitja O'Donoghue didn't just beat a path for others to follow, she beat down any door that was closed to her and First Nations people.

We're honouring her legacy and creating pathways for First Nations people to carry forward her vision.
