3. Responses - when you get something mean said to you or they try to get under your skin. Just be calm and respond in a peaceful manner. I've been trying to refine it by just always saying nice things in return or not respond at all.

2. Discipline - when you are trying to change yourself for the better you have to become in more control. This causes you to get away from all of your bad habits in life that may ruin your life and reputation.
