Last week Halifax_Police unveiled a portrait of Cst. Sinclair Williams who was the first Black police officer hired by one of HRP’s predecessors Dartmouth PD in 1968. His portrait will be proudly displayed at police headquarters, painted by local artist @letitiafraser_ #AHM2022
