On 12th April, I contacted #SpencerStreetSurgery , with 'symptoms of a heart attack'.

'Dr' Docton had refused to replace lost pregabalin - as is his (dubious) right.

I asked for an alternative.

I was denied further help, by a receptionist.

I complained.

Booted out.🙄

Just got a letter from Spencer Street Surgery, in Carlisle, about my complaint...

'You have taken to social media to publicly admonish our practice and our staff.

We choose not to tolerate this.
