This sums up all I fear (and it is actual fear) about using HMRC Customer Support HM Revenue & Customs. I've once been told to wait ten days in order for a new ID to be posted to me, ahead of a deadline. Please prioritise fixing this Jim Harra, it's horrible to feel at the mercy of poor tech.
