Refreshing to hear Dr Caroline Diamond, Director of Public Health, Torbay, say on BBC Radio 4 Today that visitors are welcome to the area and there is no evidence that visitors are causing a rise in cases. Emphasis on following the guidance and the hospitality sector adhering to rules.
