Russia will adjust existing law to terminate the property rights of foreigners investments in Russia.

No it doesn't. The US elite 'maintain' Israel.

An example of this I read elsewhere is the memory chip market. Memory chips are sort of the bottom of the chip market, with a lot less innovation than in the CPU/GPU market.

Memory chips have been around forever, and the margins are extremely low. It's like selling potatoes.

Missiles generally use less 'speccy' more robust chips (cheaper too) in an environment of sudden acceleration and heat from air friction at extreme speed.
