Day 99 #100daysofwalking Last year I had a perfect streak-walking 5 miles a day & posting. This year’s streak was a bit like my picture at total eclipse time- not quite what I was going for. Life happens & a few days were missed. Good thing I’m a year round walker!

Eating dinner together as a family at least 3 - 4 times per week is associated with children’s lower rates of overweight and obesity, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, depression, and eating disorders; higher self-esteem; and better academic performance.
