Another good night's sleep, another morning waking to a flat(ish) line. 4 weeks of HCL and whilst I've had some struggles, the change to TIR and amount of uninterrupted sleep is 100% noticeable. Hopefully get switched from self funded to funded soon! Thanks Partha S Kar 🇮🇳🇬🇧🏏🎥 🥰

Diabetes is so much more than the finger pricks and insulin/tablets. It can be life changing in so many othe4 ways.
Thank you for raising awareness. I certainly hadn't heard of this before reading the blog.

Am I a 'bad diabetic' because I need my HCPs to help me, even after 24 years? I don't feel clever enough to manage my diabetes, I've thought this for a long time, especially seeing others talk about their management.

First of the year

Forgot where I parked my car at Morrisons today. Full blown panic for a couple of minutes!

Strong steroid cream used for a skin complaint. Blood sugars that followed! HCL doing its best, but wow I didn't expect that reaction from a steroid that's placed outside of the body! Not I'm battling with hypos, presuming the steroid has all absorbed? #GBDoc

I wish I wasn't a worrier 😥

Update on frozen shoulder: being booked for Capsular Release surgery!
So 1 x steroid injection, 1 x hydrodilatation, 1 x MUA and now Capsular Release. Everything crossed that this works! #GBDoc

I wish diabetes made sense. Currently climing to a BG of 20 with the same lunch I had yesterday. Same insulin amount given on both day 🙈

Another headache. Seems daily at the moment
