Had to go back to dentist, I've got dry socket 😪 the pain last night was unreal

#HCL is great. But it does go wrong. Tech fails unfortunately! Wiped my site and could smell insulin so presume a leak somewhere. Changed my set, ripped it out 30 mins later by accident 🙈 now onto a new set. 1.2 ketones, hoping new set makes the difference! #GBDoc

Am I unwell? Is my sensor faulty? Has my pump broke? Is the insulin in date? Are the test strips in date? Am I leaving enough time between testing? Has site leaked? Just a few things that run through Diabetics minds when there running high for no apparent reason #GBDoc

HCL (or maybe just mine) does NOT like high blood sugars! Had a horrible nights sleep with alarms and doing corrections but why does it take sooooo long to get it down!! Rage bolused in the end 🤬 Anyone else or just me? #GBDoc #HCL

Another day another stubborn HIGH with HCL! Its upped my Basal rate but not wanting to give me a correct dose. But look how steady I've been at HIGH and for how long! 😤😤😤 #GBDoc

In my opinion, a realistic look at #HCL It's not all 100% TIR. The pros outweigh the cons of course, but it's not a miracle cure. It's still a rollercoaster, but maybe just not the biggest rollercoaster in the park 🤷‍♀️ #GBDoc
