A great afternoon with Bristol North West’s very own The Olympic Games silver medalist, Izzy Thorpe, at St. Bede's, Bristol. We spoke about how she became a synchronised swimmer, what you can learn from failure and what it was like in Paris. An inspiration to lots of us!

I had a blast last week sharing my 6 week recovery from a broken ankle to compete at the Paralympic games. It was amazing to share the highs and lows of the journey to the @lborosport performance staff. I cannot wait for people to see the short film of the whole experience!! 🙌
