💯 This from Amy Edmondson and Tom Geraghty The idea that leaders only want solutions, not problems, has never made sense to me. As a leader, I find it far more valuable and important to tackle the most important questions and challenging problems with my team.

This makes sense. Especially when add to that context that there is also the introduction of relatively news ways of organising the system which also requires different cultures and ways of working. We also see that organisations have varying levels of maturity.
