Access to our website and Cloud Data may be blocked for some users because of an international outage at our DNS provider. Please check here for updates.

This afternoon’s DNS issue has been cleared up. You should now be able to use Land F/X and access our website and ticket system.

We are currently looking into an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage that is causing errors for Cloud Data users. We will keep you posted as we gather more information.

AWS has resolved its server outage from this morning, and Cloud Data is once again functioning correctly. Thank you for your patience.

AWS is investigating an ongoing service outage in the Frankfurt region, which affected the rest of our servers in an unexpected manner. The Frankfurt node will remain offline until the investigation is complete, meaning some clients in the EU may see delays in service.

Our site hosting provider is currently experiencing a major outage. During this time users will not be able to access our website or content they have not used before. They are currently expecting ~1hr repair time.

Local data users can regain functionality by disabling their network connection. This will return functionality for the time being, excluding accessing the plant and symbol library and similar cloud based functionality.

It appears that we are back online! Functionality should be returned to normal.
