PEACE-1 “muddied the waters” wrt RT and OS benefit but did show improved time to CRPC (by about 3y!) across low and high volume patients. RT also ⬇️ GU toxicity for all (although we could debate whether need for deferred RT is a “serious toxicity) We need a IPD meta-analysis‼️

74% of single fraction pts had ADT. So for LR/FIR pts who don’t normally require ADT I would suggest HDRx1 isn’t enough (unless you’re comparing it to HIFU/TULSA/Nanoknife in which case it’s waaaaay better 😂)
