DySCo is finally out in PLOS Computational Biology! journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/a…… Check it out if you are interested in Functional Connectivity and spatiotemporal brain dynamics! Thanks Oli Sherwood Rob Leech Joana Cabral Paul Expert

Excited to share our new preprint presenting mechanistic details of how proteins fold on the ribosome. With co-first author Sammy Chan, Tomek Wlodarski, Alkistis Mitropoulou, Lisa Cabrita, and John Christodoulou biorxiv.org/content/10.110… #proteinfolding

📣 🎉 Congratulations to Gladys Maria Pangga and Zoe Anne Dyson on winning our 2025 Publication Prize at London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine 🏆 Read more about their winning papers and impactful AMR research🔬 👇 bit.ly/4iM7uCh

Honoured to receive this award, thank you LSHTM AMR Centre! #amr #poultrygutmicrobiome #probiotics #probiotics #guthealth

Congratulations to Pedro Fontanarrosa & Chania Clare (Second author) for their publication 'MIMIC:A Python Package for Simulating, Inferring, and Predicting Microbial Community Interactions and Dynamics' lido-dtp.ac.uk/news/pedro-fon… #Microbial #MathematicalModeling #Simulation #LIDo

🚨 New paper alert! 🚨 Can we simultaneously achieve deep, high-res, large field-of-view imaging without the usual trade-offs? 🤔 🧬🔬 YES: #DNA_PAINT + Spinning Disk Confocal + Optical Photon Reassignment (#SDC_OPR)! #SuperResolution 📄 nature.com/articles/s4146… Nature Communications 🧵👇

New preprint! With Georgia M Laura Haye Matteo Lisi John Greenwood (@jagreenwood.bsky.social) The LAB Lab 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ TessaMarlijnDekker biorxiv.org/content/10.110… We explored the tendency to experience complex hallucinatory imagery in older-age adults using experimental techniques (Ganzfeld/ganzflicker)

🎤 Our centre member, Leen Vanheer presented at the Gordon Malaria Conference! Her talk and poster focused on molecular surveillance of antimalarial resistance in Plasmodium falciparum across 15 districts in Ethiopia 🇪🇹—a timely study amid the country’s malaria resurgence.

Thrilled to share that the first paper from my PhD and my first first author publication is now out in npj Antimicrobials and Resistance. We show that PBDs are captured by the antibiotic binding protein AlbA. Thanks to all who supported the work, and to LIDo for funding me. nature.com/articles/s4425….
