Have you ever wondered what sorts of things we do in our craft workshops and courses? Here are just a few of the activities and projects that learners have been doing this term.

So far it’s taken 22 emails and almost 4 weeks for @eon_next to mess me about and still not address the main issue. Which is that they charged me for electricity units used before 1 April at the massively increased post-April prices. Wonder if email 23 will get any further… 🤞

Update: finally! After 4 weeks of frustration, 23 emails and 14 DMs my issue has been understood and resolved. Very grateful to the person who answered my most recent DMs this morning from @eon_next 💃💃💃

Day 4 - still no broadband or TV, 45 mins past the most recent deadline so am awaiting the next meaningless ‘to be fixed’ by date and time. No actual information whatsoever about what’s happening but they do thank us for our (dwindling) patience… Not good enough Virgin Media ❤️
