In a warming world, keeping people cool during extreme heat events is about more than comfort. It can be a matter of survival. It’s also essential to keeping food fresh, vaccines safe, and the global economy functional.

We must protect people from extreme heat using technologies that won’t make climate change worse. NRDC hosted an excellent discussion on innovative technologies to sustainable cooling along with TERI and NEDO JAPAN at #COP28.
