1/9 BREAKING: Jeremy Hunt announces major changes in Budget:
1. LTA scrapped
2. AA up to £60k
3. Negative growth can be offset against other scheme
4. Adjusted Income threshold increase to £260k
5. Minimum tapered AA increase to £10k
6. TFLS to remain based on current LTA
