@WiseGrandma2 Peter Aldous MP I don’t dispute there are campaigns asking for different things Inc restitution. The APPG report is our response to an investigation by the PHSO. It’s sadly not in their gift to change Government policy, just to decide how to remedy a maladministration within a strict framework.

@WiseGrandma2 Peter Aldous MP On the losses issue, it’s compensation for the maladministration, not for the amount of pension lost had the SPA not been changed. Only the Government can rectify that, and so far Ministers have indicated no intention of them doing anything to help 1950s women on this.
