Busy at work yesterday so I missed this AMAZING filing from Ripple - its Motion to Compel responses to Interrogatories. For e.g.: Ripple asks the question we have asked to Chair Gensler - "Is Ether a security?" and they haven't yet but I believe the SEC will be FORCED to answer.

When I read the Bitcoin white paper, I see in $XRP what Satoshi really wanted And I truly believe that the number one goal of Ripple (i.e. David Schwartz, Arthur Britto, Chris Larsen and Jed McCaleb) was to make XRP the new world reserve currency I think that is still possible.
