During the in-season it’s important to continue to train rotational power. However, with how much rotation the dominant side of the athlete gets we RPP Baseball train just the non-dominant side in-season. Using 3x8 of med ball shovel pass twice a week is a great place to start.

During the season athletes will naturally begin to get tight, particularly in their hips. Maintaining hip mobility is crucial in allowing the body to repeat movement over the course of the year. Using Hip CARS 2-3 times a week is a great way to avoid losses in ranges of motion.
