We need leaders willing to set aside their differences and work for the common good of Kansans. That’s why I’m honored to receive the support of Republicans like Mary Birch, former president of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. Together, we can make a difference.

Our public schools are the key to our economic future; they train and prepare tomorrow’s workforce. Yet right now, they are still struggling to recover from years of chronic underfunding. Let's send a message this November that we support our public schools!

It’s time to take a stand against the looming threat of climate change, to be the generation that hands our children a solution rather than a bigger problem.

As a senator, I will legislate with the needs of the most vulnerable Kansans in mind and advocate for equality in our laws and communities.

The only way to draw fair district lines in 2021 is to break the Republican super majority in Topeka. This will force both sides to negotiate in good faith.

This year, the term “essential worker” has taken on a new meaning. As we work toward economic recovery, we need to keep the needs of our essential workforce in mind. That means fair wages, fair working conditions, and access to affordable health care.

Health care is on the ballot this year at every level of government. Here in Kansas, we need to expand Medicaid to at least 150,000 working men and women who currently fall in the coverage gap.

I literally could not have done this without you. We've built something here together that will endure, regardless of what happens tomorrow. Y'all are amazing.
