Charlotte Newman British Airways British Airways is a EU airline. Under EU law regardless of the cause of delay if you have to overnight it they must cover food and hotel. If they’re unwilling to do so book it yourself then seek compensation from them. I know it sucks but sure beats the alternative!

That’s 6 delayed British Airways flights I’ve been on since July 13th. Your customer service is non existent. Still no reply to our complaint made over a month ago !!! Today was another 2 1/2 delay from LHR to JFK on top of that my poor dog was in the hold, utterly disgusting
