Connecticut is a national #ECE leader, creating a $300M endowment fund to raise wages for early educators, add 20,000 child care slots, and cut costs for all families. Kudos to Governor Ned Lamont, CT Office of Early Childhood, legislators, and all who took action to address CT's child care challenges.
