The Myanmar coup underestimated the protesters. After 3 years, resistance groups control larger areas of the nation. No one knows the future, but civilian decentralized resistance against one of the world’s most powerful military forces, is truly impressive. Source: The New York Times.
While 100s flee into Thailand today, likely up to 30k (and rising) displaced in the vicinity of Myawaddy; many of them south of the city. Local humanitarian responders working to reach these ppl at great risk as SAC onslaught continues. #WhatsHappeninginMyanmar
