We spend our lives chasing our #dreams , working hard to provide for our families & as a result most of us sacrifice our #health by not eating on time, eating the wrong things because it’s convenient & the biggest one of all ignoring our #pain & signals our bodies are giving us.

I remember a family member passing away, an #OrganDonation #Nurse asked if they wanted to donate any organs, the family was panicked, confused & in shock of losing this loved one & now they’re asking this, in the end they decided to decline but I know they’d do it differently now

These are just some of the major facts tied to why I need a #kidneytransplant Please please have that conversation about #organdonation & share your wishes, it really matters to people like me & families like mine. Help spread organ donation awareness this week & always
