During Jigsaw, the children imagined they were a rocket on a journey to the future. We talked about the job they would like to have when they are grown up and what they would need to do now to help them. Reach for the stars everyone!

A great afternoon in Y6 exploring the use of triangles to strengthen bridge designs in our engineering unit. Next week - applying what we have discovered in the big build challenge!

During national story telling week our reading mentors visited all of our KS1 and EYFS classes to read to them twice a day for the full week. It was a great experience for both the readers and the audience!

Year 3 are very much enjoying working with the Royal Ballet and the Royal Opera House on the Chance to Dance programme, developing their skills and working towards their showcase at Dance City. A great opportunity for all!

Year 1 have been turning their hands to weather forecasting! Hopefully they can find some sunshine and blue skies for half term!

Year 4 enjoyed creating their Anglo-Saxon art as part of their study of Traders and Raiders!

Years 3 and 4 enjoyed the chance to share their favourite books as part of our World Book Day celebrations. Lots of new recommendations made, and new books taken home as part of our book swap! We love to read!!
