When you have to use "I" when referring to the team you are Coaching. "I built the best u12 team this town has ever seen".... You are only about yourself and not youth Development.

A disservice to youth to only care about "records" at u12 and below. Truth about SELECTIVE - The Coaches fragile ego, ability to improve kids so they can be game contributors. - SELECTIVE "affecting some things and not others" i.e. the season but neglecting longterm development.
