The taskification of care, the lack of skilled #nursing practice, high workloads high complexity and less' skilled/experienced workers, lack of professional curiosity come up time and again & end in tradegy

#NHS #Nursing workforce is a leaky bucket of skilled experienced people essential to safety critical work, The holes in the bucket are getting bigger by the day.
The answer isnt to keep filling the bucket faster.
A workforce plan that doesn't focus on retention is no solution
