National Indigenous Peoples Day is time to recognize the history, heritage, and diverse cultures of Indigenous communities across Canada. We share a responsibility to reflect on individual and collective efforts towards Reconciliation and this whole month is a reminder of that.

The Kettle has been lucky to have support from practicum students from across a variety of institutions and disciplines. This past year alone over 3,000 hrs were dedicated to practicum time. If you’re interested in completing a practicum, please connect with your program advisor.

The Kettle’s Drop-In Center is at the heart of the work that we do at the Kettle. Acting as a home base for a variety of different programming, it is open 365 days a year and provides access to daily lunch and various mental health supports. #thekettlesociety
