Today was a walk with my handsome boy 😍 before a weights session at the gym 💪🏼 love seeing everyone’s additional activity #keeponmoving 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

So here are my 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣ & 5️⃣ days for Help for Heroes #Run1MileADay These miles are over and above my usual activity. Some days I walk (usually after my HIIT class) some days I run, when I haven’t been to the gym 🤣 I will get better and post daily from now on 👍🏼

Reflecting on the last few days. I have an amazing job and I’m very lucky to work with dedicated people. PFEW Bravery Awards is very special. I get to meet extraordinary people, allowing Police to be recognised for their acts of Bravery, who say “I was just doing my job!!!”
