The most fascinating & interesting Statute to read by all means must be the Evidence Act. Is there any other Statute that comes close to that? Perhaps Criminal Procedure Code?Civil Procedure Act is interesting too except that the bulk of relevant Civil Litigation is in the Rules.

But since you will not call it for what it is, allow me to: The majority opinion is the best example of patriarchal undertones in Kenya's Matrimonial property jurisprudence. Neither the record nor the law supports the approach taken.

Issar Mansur argues rather compellingly that Art.165(3)(c) jurisdiction was designed for scenarios such as when Judges of Supreme Court have been removed. Their recourse is with High Court. SCORK Judges shouldn't then say they can't be removed because there's no appeal recourse.
