Lots of rain about but not enough to dampen our spirits!

Really good conversations with people who are completely fed up with the Tories, as well as a few bits of casework picked up along the way.

Vote Labour on Thursday 2 May to get Britain's future back.

Labour has turned our NHS around before. And we'll do it again.

Great to see another bin installed by the bus stop on Burton Road outside Bishop Milner.

Myself & Cllr Karl Denning 🌹 are continually asking for new bins as part of the 'Keep Our Community Clean' campaign, so we hope this will help.

Great response on the doors again today with Cllr Karl Denning 🌹

Brilliant to speak to residents again about their priorities & any issues they have locally.

Few things reported including street signs that need to be replaced which have been reported to the council.

We send our love, prayers and best wishes to HRH The Princess of Wales for a full recovery. Cancer is pernicious and affects so many of our lives. We hope she and her family now have time to recuperate in peace.

Then on to the Woodsetton Trust AGM with Adam Aston 🌹🚑 to hear about the amazing work the group has been doing over the past 12 months.

Glad to see the fly-tipping behind shops on Priory Rd has been cleared.

This is a frequent occurrence & the area still has rubbish everywhere.

I've asked the council what more can be done to ensure this is tidied up & for this to be monitored to try & stop this happening again.

Great to see the graffiti I reported on the wall leading off Priory Park down to Paganel Drive has now been cleaned.

Let's be proud of our area and keep it clean!
