10 days since Turkish Airlines broke my bike and meant I had to rent a bike for Turkey IM 70.3. All I hear is promises of Customer Service / Baggage department contacting me, yet nothing. All I can say is, those thinking of flying with them with a bike, think twice. TK HelpDesk

For those who are thinking of using Turkish Airlines TK HelpDesk and taking a bike, word of warning, stay away. Carbon bike broken, irrepairable. Jumped through all their hoops to submit paperwork. They offered me $43!!!!!
