This is good, and right, from former PM Gordon Brown. Brown should now do the same for the Harrods / Fayed survivors. Ironically: Brown’s wife Sarah Jane Brown did CSR for Harrods from 2012-2022.... #Harrods #HarrodsAbuse #AlFayed

Survivors of the Al-Fayeds should have been listened to long ago but we will use the momentum there is now to make their voices heard. theguardian.com/politics/2026/…

“180+ survivors engaged with our compensation scheme.” 1. 🐂💩 2. Translation: We're still controlling the redress for crimes committed in OUR building, on OUR watch, with OUR complicity. That's NOT justice. That’s the defendant running the court - it's institutional

Playing along for a moment. If (and it's a BIG 'if') 180 survivors engaged with Harrods inside cover-up of a process - and 260 surviors are at another firm - plus cohorts elsewhere - ergo there are now realistically OVER 500 SURVIVORS.... 'IF" Harrods aren't lying that is....

I've just heard the Fayed / Harrods segment on The World at One. Dame Jasvinder is absolutely right to say that "this abuse wasn't about one man, or a few rougue employees - it was enabled and sustained by the corporate structure itself" & "it was the whole system". #HarrodsAbuse

Keaton Stone (@keatonstone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Dame Jasvinder also said of #Harrods: "It clearly was a system where women were hired for legitimate positions and then transferred to office roles soley to deliver them to Fayed to be abused". This is 💯 correct and sadly exactly what happened with my wife and so many others.

Andrew’s arrest shows no one is above the law. Not royalty, and most certainly not those who enabled Mohamed Fayed to abuse hundreds of young women for decades while they looked the other way, covered it up, or actively facilitated it. If that was you, today should terrify you.

On this historic day, spare a moment for poor Michael Cole - Fayed's loyal mouthpiece & former BBC Royal Correspondent - who’d usually be on every low-£ internet news show covering Andrew's arrest. Hard to comment on accountability when you spent years defending a serial r4pist.

Epstein had his island. Fayed had Harrods. Both ran organised systems to procure and abuse young women. Exploitation on this scale is not one man alone, it is a system, and that system involved people who are still walking free. That needs to change. observer.co.uk/news/opinion-a…

'Ann' on The World at One w/Sarah Montague Ellie Price is right to say the TRAFFICKING aspect has been woefully overlooked in Fayed / Harrods scandal. It was trafficking when it happened to my wife, whose bravery speaking up led to the BBC documentary. It was trafficking when

Positive update in the Fayed / #Harrods abuse scandal from by the Met. 3 enablers interviewed under caution. Every. Single. Person who was involved in the enabling or cover up - no matter what country they now live in - should be VERY worried indeed. And make no mistake - I

Three women have been interviewed in the Fayed & #Harrods abuse scandal under caution on: 1. Suspicion of aiding and abetting R4PE. 2. Assisting the commission of serious sexual offences. And - crucially: 3. Human trafficking for sexual exploitation. TRAFFICKING. That
